We recruit only the best of the best, because we only work with the best of the best. And this program gives you with the skills and know-how that we need in our dealerships every day, which means you’re in even higher demand after graduation.

The program is set up to flip flop between classroom and hands-on experience. Which means you get to practice what you’ve learned right away, so you can hit the ground running right after graduation.

Make Money While You Hit the Books

You’ll attend class at the Southeast Tech campus in Millford, Nebraska. It’s a small town with all the comforts of home. But if you’re craving a taste of city life, Lincoln, Nebraska is only 17 miles away.

After some time learning in the class-room, you get a chunk of three months where you work-and we mean really work-in the dealership, earning a real paycheck. Then it’s back to the classroom for another handful of months.

Get Your Hands Dirty

You get to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom right away, which means your book knowledge is cemented by working on live cars, right away. Learn about brakes and electricity in the classroom, then go work on brakes and electricity in the dealership.

But don’t worry, we’ll be with you every step of the way. In the classroom, your instructors are right there, ready to answer any and every question you have. And in the dealership, you work side-by-side with experienced Vern Eide technicians.

Endless Opportunities

When you’re done with this program, you’ll have an associate’s degree, all the tools that you need on the job, and hands-on experience that makes you an invaluable employee in the dealership.

And you’ll have a spot with us. Jump right from getting your degree to earning a paycheck in a familiar workplace, and if you stick with us we’ll pay off most of your loans.

But if you’d rather go get a bachelor’s degree, you can do that too. Or if life takes you somewhere else, you can go work wherever there’s a GM or Ford dealership.
