We were traveling through South Dakota when the right rear axle on our Expedition broke and left us stranded on the side of I-90W. Roadside assistance through our insurance was a nightmare to deal with and ended up "unable" to assist us, and so I decided to give the nearest Ford dealership a call to see if they could help us. The service department was quick to dispatch a tow truck and haul us back to Mitchell where they went to work getting necessary parts. Their staff was super friendly and very accommodating despite the fact that we kind of took over their lobby for a few hours with 2 adults, 5 hungry kids under the age of ten, and one dog. We ended up having to stay the night at a hotel and they were more than happy to shuttle us to the hotel and back to the dealership the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership to any one!
